Native teachers bring an ingrained sense of the English language with them to the classroom which allows them to teach students in a natural fluid way to sound more natural and native like.

Non-native teachers had to learn the language themselves so they have an understanding of the rules and structure of English that Native teachers often do not have. They teach based on book knowledge and learned skills instead of instinct.
